When a church/group has to be temporarily suspended.

1. Go to App Administration/Church/Group Management.

2. Select the edit icon at the right end of the Church/Group.

   

3. Select the status Deactivate from the drop-down.

   

4. Select save and confirm it.

5. The Church/Group status becomes deactivate in the display.

   

6. This blocks the web and app users from logging in to the account.

   

7. The user details remain in App Administration/User Management as before. If needed you can assign those users to other Church/Group.

Notes: After deactivation, the Facilitator, Mentor, and app users within that Church/Group will not be able to log in to their account. The new users cannot register within that Church/Group.
