When a Church/Group decides to use the Witnessing Framework, a Mobilizing Team (MT) is formed, with the roles of “Facilitator” and “Mentors,” to assist the app users. The following are the steps to invite such users.

Invite a Facilitator/Mentor

1. Go to App Administration/User Management.

2. To invite a user, select the “+” sign at the right end of the search bar.

   

3. Fill in all the Role & User Information.

   

   a. Select the Role as Facilitator/Mentor.

   b. Select the Church/Group to which the user is invited.                      

   c. Enter the name, email ID, and mobile details.

   d. The email field doesn’t allow duplication and displays an error message, “Email already exists”.

   Notes: The name and mobile number can be changed by the user while registering their account or by updating their Profile. But the user has to use the same email ID as per the invitation.

4. Select the invite and confirm it.                       

5. An email is triggered to the Facilitator/Mentor and CC to the City Level Executive.

6. The Facilitator/Mentor will be shown on the display with the status invited.

   

7. The Invited Web user activates their account by following the procedure given in the email.
