Invite a Team Leader/Team Member

The Mobilizing Team (MT) invites Church/Group members to use the mobile app.

Invite a Team Leader/Member

  1. Go to App Administration/User Management

  2. To invite a user, select the “+” sign at the right end of the search bar

  3. Fill in all the Role & User Information.

a. Select the Role as Team Lead/Member.

b. Select the Church/Group & Team to which the user is invited.                     

c. Enter the name, email ID, and mobile details.

d. The email field doesn’t allow duplication and displays an error message, “Email already exists”.

Notes: The name and mobile number can be changed by the user while registering their account or by updating their Profile. But the user has to use the same email ID as per the invitation.

  1. Select invite and confirm the popup.

  2. An email is triggered to the Team Lead/Member and CC to the City Level Executive.

  3. The invited Facilitator/Mentor will be shown on the display with the status invited.

  4. The invited app user activates their account by following the procedure given in the email.
