Put On Hold
Put On Hold is a temporary suspension of a user. The executives can reinvite and activate the user again, if required.
Scenario 1: Put the app user on hold
It removes the user from the team and prevents them from logging in to the app. The executives may discuss with the Team Leader or Church/Group leadership before putting a user on hold.
Go to App Administration/User Management.
Click on the edit icon at the right end of the user.

Click on the Put On Hold Button. Confirm the pop-up.

It removes the member/leader from the Team. The Team field gets unfilled.

An email was sent to the user and the City Director.

The Leader/Member cannot log in to the account.

Scenario 2: Put the Random app user on hold
The Random user can be put on hold when we don’t have the CAN network in their area, or when the provided user details are not genuine. The executives can reinvite the user after verifying and creating a CAN network.
Go to App Administration/User Management
Click on the edit icon at the right end of the random user.

Click the Put On Hold Button. Confirm the pop-up.

The user status becomes “On Hold”.

A rejection mail is triggered to the user.

Scenario 3: Put the Facilitator/Mentor On-Hold
It removes the user from the Church/Group and prevents them from logging in to the web. The executives should discuss with the Church/Group before putting a user on hold.
Go to App Administration/User Management.
Click on the edit icon at the right end of the Facilitator or Mentor.

Click on the Put On-Hold Button.

Confirm the pop-up.

An email was sent to the Facilitator/Mentor.

The Status becomes On Hold.

The web user cannot log in to the account.

Scenario 4: Put the CAN executives On Hold:
(Only applicable for the executives above City-level)
The CAN executives are Put On Hold. It restricts the user from logging in to the web.
Notes: The higher-level executives can put on hold the other CAN executives with the proper consultation to avoid confusion.
Go to App Administration/User Management.
Click on the edit icon at the right end of the user.

Click on the Put On-Hold Button.

Confirm the pop-up.

An email was sent to the executive.

The Status becomes On Hold.

The web user cannot log in to the account.
