CAN Executive Team (CET)
The CET consists of believers from different churches and organizations, led by the Executive, and works together as a team. Their main purpose is to assist churches, organizations, and groups in equipping their members to develop a lifestyle of witnessing. CET consist of Christians from all walks of life, including those in Christian vocations.
Roles
Executive:
A CAN Executive executes the ministry by forming and leads the CAN Team at the area, City/Town, or State levels.
Executive:
CAN Associates are those invited by the Executives to be part of the team. They work as a team and assist the Executive to fulfill the functions of CET.
CET Levels
City/Town level
The CET at this level promotes, onboard, and train churches, organizations, or groups to equip their members to develop witnessing lifestyle.
State/Province Levels
The CET at this level promotes, onboard, and train churches, organizations, or groups to equip their members to develop witnessing lifestyle.

Key functions of CET
Ministry Expansion

The following are the key functions that make the team effective and successful.
Database Development & Research:
Create a database of churches, organizations, and groups in the area of focus.
Study the state of the church and the type of opposition faced by the Christians.
Prayer
Share the collected information securely with the CET (Google Drive, WhatsApp group, or any other way.) and pray specifically.
Connect
Use the dataset to identify leaders or individuals with influence in the churches, organizations, or groups.
Connect with those individuals directly or through referrals, to find opportunities to present the vision.
Present
Present the CAN vision, mission, and strategies.
Respond genuinely to their concerns, if any.
Persuade them to benefit from the Witnessing Framework.
Follow-up & Referrals
Follow up with them until they respond either positively or negatively.
If they are willing, request them to connect us with others in their circle of influence, who may be interested.
Organisation Development
Establish a sound administrative system
Develop strategic plans, budget, and action steps
Fund Development
Recruit staff to fulfill responsibilities
Preferred Qualities for an Executive
Excellent communication skills: Verbal, written and presentation to convey ideas and build relationships.
Preach, Teach & Train: Minister strategically that will bring acceptance in churches and organizations.
User Focus: Since CAN serves Christians from diverse denominations, the CET must remain open-minded and prepared to collaborate across varying traditions and doctrinal perspectives.
Leadership: Motivating teams and inspiring collaboration.
Initiative: Using sound judgment to act without constant supervision.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data to track performance, understand user tendencies to guide them, and make informed decisions.
Curiosity & Learning: A desire to constantly learn new strategies and stay updated.
Creativity: Ability to think outside the box, develop innovative ways, and find unique solutions.
Organizational skills: Key aspects include setting clear goals, effective time management, prioritizing tasks, managing people, attention to detail, and strategic planning.

Full-Time Staff
They are Executives who are fully dedicated to advancing the vision. They work with CAN Directors to develop strategies to build capacity and needed infrastructure for the ministry to get rooted and expand.
Wage, Salaries, and Fees
Wages, salaries, and fees are paid according to the level of responsibilities. This will be discussed in the interview process. This is subject to revision from time to time. Any change will be discussed with individuals before implementation.
