The On-Hold user can be activated again by sending the invitation email with the activation code.

Scenario 1: Activate a Team member/Team leader who is On-hold

1. Go to App Administration/User Management.

2. Click on the edit icon at the right end of the user.

3. Select the team from the drop-down.

   

4. The Resend Code/Password is checked automatically.

   

5. Select Save and confirm the pop-up.

6. The user status is changed to invited. 

7. An email with the Activation code is sent to the app user.       

   

                    

8. The App user activates the account using the activation code.

Scenario 2: Activate a Random user who is On-hold

The On-hold random users who are verified as genuine can be reinvited.

1. Go to App Administration/User Management

2. Click on the edit icon at the right end of the user.

3. The random user appears as below:

   

4. Change the Role as Team Lead/Team Member.

5. The Resend Code/Password is checked automatically.

   

6. Select the team from the drop-down.

   

7. Select Save and confirm the pop-up.

8. The user's status is changed to invited. 

9. An email with the Activation code is sent to the user.

   

10. The Random user activates the account using the activation code received in the email.

Scenario 3: Activate the Mentor who is On-hold

1. Go to App Administration/User Management

2. Click on the edit icon at the right end of the user.

   

3. Checkmark the Resend Code/Password Manually.

   

4. Select Save and confirm the pop-up.

5. An email with the Activation code is sent to the user.

   

6. The user status is changed to invited. 

7. The Web user can login to the account using the activation code.
