Change the password to prevent unauthorized access.

1. Log on to the web app.

2. Select the user icon at the top right.

   

3. Click on Change Password.

4. Enter the existing password and the new password.

   

   Note: The password should contain a minimum of 8 characters: at least one number, one upper case, one lower case, and one special character

5. Select Submit.

   

   
   

6. The new password gets updated.
