Invite an app user
Invite the Church/Group members to join the team.
Go to App Administration/User Management
To invite a user, select the “+” sign at the right end of the search bar.

Fill in all the Role & User Information

a. Select the Role as Team Lead/Member.
b. Select the Team to which the user is invited.
c. Enter the name, email ID, and mobile details.
b. The email field doesn’t allow duplication and displays an error message, “Email already exists”.
Notes: The name and mobile number can be changed by the user while registering their account or by updating their Profile. But the user must use the same email ID as per the invitation.
Select invite and confirm the popup.

An email is triggered to the Team Lead/Member.

The invited app user will be shown on the display with the status invited.

The invited app user activates their account by following the procedure given in the email.
