Put On Hold

Put On Hold is a temporary suspension of a user. The Facilitator/Mentor can reinvite and activate the user again, if required.

Scenario 1: Put the app user on hold:

It removes the user from the team and prevents them from logging in to the app. The Facilitator/Mentor should discuss with the Team before putting a user on hold.

  1. Go to App Administration/User Management

  2. Click on the edit icon at the right end of the user.

  3. Click on the Put On-Hold Button. Confirm the pop-up.

  4. It removes the member/leader from the Team. The Team field gets unfilled.

  5. An email was sent to the user.

  6. The Leader/Member cannot log in to the account

                 

Scenario 2: Put the Random app user on hold

The Random user can be Put On Hold when the given user details are not genuine. The Facilitator/Mentor can reinvite the user after verification.

  1. Go to App Administration/User Management.

  2. Click on the edit icon at the right end of the random user.                    

         

  3. Click the Put On-Hold Button. Confirm the pop-up.

  4. The user status becomes “On Hold”.

  5. A rejection mail is triggered to the user.

 

Scenario 3: Put the Mentor On-Hold:

It removes the user from the Church/Group and prevents the user from logging in to the web. The Facilitator should discuss with the Church/Group before putting a user on hold.

  1. Go to App Administration/User Management.

  2. Click on the edit icon at the right end of the Facilitator or Mentor.

  3. Click on the Put On-Hold Button.

  4. Confirm the pop-up.

  5. An email was sent to the Mentor.            

  6. The Status becomes On Hold.

  7. The web user cannot log in to the account.
