Switching/Moving a user
The app user can be moved from one Team to another. The Facilitator/Mentor should discuss with the team leader to verify the availability within the receiving team and check for available licenses before switching the user.
Go to App Administration/User Management
Select the edit icon at the right end of the user.

Select the team from the dropdown to which the user is moved.

Note: The Role of the individual can be changed.
Resend Code/Password is selected automatically.

Select Save and confirm the pop-up.
An email with an activation code is sent to the user.

The user status is changed to invited.
The app user activates the account using the activation code and logs into their new team.
