When you have a significant conversation or incident with the individual, update the notes. The main purpose of the notes is to help you and your team with recent information to pray and interact meaningfully.

1. Go to Witnessing page.

2. Click on notes below the Witnessing Grid.

   

3. Select Edit icon.

   

4. Update the notes and Select Save icon.

   

5. The note gets updated on the Witnessing page and Team's Witnessing page.
