The Random users register with the new Church/Group name is displayed as Random Church/Group. The CAN executives must check with the registered user before approving the random Church/Group and inviting the users.

1. Go to App Administration/ Church/Group Management.

2. Select the edit icon of the Church/Group which is to be Activated.

   

3. Fill in all the mandatory information.

4. Edit the name, if necessary.

   

5. Add a logo of the Church/Group.

6. Change the status from Random to Active.

7. Select Save and Confirm popup.

8. Now it appears on the Church/Group display as Active.

   

9. In App administration/User Management, the random user appears with the Church/Group name and other Church/Group field disappears.

10. 

     Before approving the random user to the activated Church/Group, you have to assign licenses and create a team.
