When a church/group is ready to use the Witnessing Framework, it needs to be added in the Church/Group Management.

1. Go to App Administration -> Church/Group Management.

2. Select the “+” icon at the right end of the search bar.

   

3. Fill in all the mandatory fields:

   

   a. Church/Group Name: Must be unique within the City/Town. If duplicated, an error message, “Church/Group already exists,” will appear.

   b. Logo: Image file size should not exceed 2 MB.

   c. Status: Defaults to Active upon creation.

4. Select Save and confirm.

5. The new Church/Group will be created and shown on the display.
