MOBILIZING TEAM (MT)
A Mobilizing Team (MT) is formed within a church or organization. It is created to equip its members to develop a lifestyle of witnessing using the Witnessing Framework. Executive Team (ET) can also form an MT through an independent Christian group or on its own. In such cases, WT members can come from different churches.

A) The Responsibilities of MT
The purpose of MT is to raise awareness among its members of the importance of witnessing. They identify potential leaders within their members and train them to form a Witnessing Team (WT). They also provide encouragement, support, and prayer so leaders can lead WT effectively. When people believe in Jesus Christ and come to church, they must ensure that they are welcomed and feel at home.
B) Setting up of MT
The Executive Team (ET) trains the Mobilizing Team (MT), assigns licenses, and grants access to the online portal for creating and managing Witnessing Teams (WT).

1. Forming
The ET works with the church, organization, or group to select the Mobilizing Team (MT) Leader. And help the MT leader identify and select two or more members from the same church, organization or group to form the MT.
2. Training
Phase I
1) Declining Christianity
2) Challenges faced by the missions

4) Assisting the Churches and Organizations

2) How to form, train, and support Witnessing Team (WT)
3. Licensing
After training is complete, the Mobilizing Team is granted licensed access to the online portal and the Witnessing Hub.
4. Supporting
ET members will continue to provide support as needed. This is vital for the MTs to operate smoothly and consistently.
C) Roles of MT
1. MT Leader
The MT leader is selected by the church, organization, or group. The MT leader builds a team, trains them, and ensures the team (MT) meets regularly to pray and plan to fulfill the MT’s responsibilities.
2. MT Members
The members of the MT are selected by the MT Leader from within the church, organization, or group to which they belong. The members are to assist the MT Leader in starting many Witnessing Teams (WT) and support them in remaining consistent.
D) Relationship of CAN with the churches and organizations
CAN is not a church; it is not part of any church or denomination, and it will not become a church. Therefore, CAN should not replace any ministry of the church. In addition, CAN is not equipped to address theological, doctrinal, and church issues. If any Witnessing Team member needs help, they must reach out to their pastor or to the organization/group leaders. When people are drawn to Jesus Christ through the Witnessing Framework, they should become part of the active Christian community that witnessed to them.
