Core Routine of ET

1. Pray

The team serves God and His purposes; therefore, it must seek His will and ways in prayer at every step. They can use the database to seek God specifically.

2. Connect

The ET should continuously network with key Christian leaders and influencers. They build a database of churches, organizations, and groups to strategically introduce the Witnessing Framework. They attend networking events and look for every opportunity to build meaningful connections. The team may also create additional strategies to foster connections.

3. Present

1. Present the vision, mission, and strategies.
2. Respond genuinely to their questions and concerns.
3. Help them understand the benefits of the Witnessing Framework.

a) Follow-up

Follow up with presentation attendees until they give a definitive positive or negative response regarding the Witnessing Framework.

b) Seek referral

If they are willing, ask them to refer others in their circle of influence who may benefit from the Witnessing Framework.

4. Onboard

Once a church, organization, or group decides to use the witnessing framework, the ET will guide the mobilizing team through onboarding.

5. Support

Monitor the MT's progress through reports and interactions, and provide the support needed. It could be a call, text, email, or a visit. This is one of the most important routines of an ET. If the ET does not factor in follow-up, support is equivalent to setting the MT up for failure.
