Create State/Province

1. Create a new State/Province.

2. Go to Setup/ State/Province.

3. Select the “+” sign at the right end of the search bar as shown below.                  

   

4. Enter the new State/Province Name.                            

   

5. Select Save and Confirm it.

   

6. State/Province is created and appears on the display.                      

Edit State/Province

Edit the name of the State/Province.

1. Go to Setup/State/Province.

2. Click on the edit icon at the right end of the State/Province.

   

3. Edit the name.                       

   

         

4. Select Save and confirm it.        

   

                    

5. The name gets edited and updated on the display.

   

                              

Delete State/Province

A State/Province can be deleted only when there are no users or locations (City/Town) within that State/Province.

1. Go to Setup/State/Province.

2. Click on the delete icon at the right end of the State/Province.    

   

3. Confirm the pop-up with delete.

   

4. It gets deleted and removed from the display.

5. If there are relevant data, an error message appears.
