Core Routine of ET

1. Pray

The team serves God and His purposes. Therefore, at every stage of the mission, it must seek His guidance, wisdom, and direction through prayer. Use the database as a tool to help the team pray specifically and intentionally.

The database should include:

  1. Information about churches, organizations, and groups that may benefit from the Witnessing Framework, including details of key leaders and influential individuals within those entities.

  2. Progress reports from the administration site, www.hiswitnesses.org.

2. Connect

Team members must consistently seek referrals and actively network with churches, Christian organizations, and groups that may benefit from the Witnessing Framework. Take intentional efforts to build and strengthen relationships with key Christian leaders and influencers.

Networking and relationship-building should be an ongoing priority, not a one-time activity. The team should regularly engage with existing contacts, cultivate new connections, and look for opportunities to expand its network

3. Present

1. Present the vision, mission, and strategies.
2. Respond genuinely to their questions and concerns.
3. Help them understand the benefits of the Witnessing Framework.

a) Follow-up

Follow up with presentation attendees until they give a definitive positive or negative response regarding the Witnessing Framework.

b) Seek referral

If they are willing, ask them to refer others in their circle of influence who may benefit from the Witnessing Framework.

4. Onboard

Once a church, organization, or group decides to use the witnessing framework, the ET will form, train, and  onboard the MT.

5. Support

Monitor the MT's progress through reports and interactions, and provide the support needed. It could be a call, text, email, or a visit. This is one of the most important routines of an ET. If the ET does not factor in follow-up, support is equivalent to setting the MT up for failure.
