Onboarding MT

The Executive Team's primary function is to form and train the Mobilizing Team (MT) at the church, organizational, or group level. The witnessing framework follows Jesus' model and is relationship-centered rather than event-centered. The following steps are to help the MT clearly understand its expectations and functions.

Step 1: Assign Licenses

Create a church, organization, or group

2. Assign licenses

Step 2: Forming MT

The MT leader, in consultation with the church, organization, or group, may identify two or more members to become part of the MT. This is a prerequisite for starting the training.

Step 3: Provide Training

The ET member(s) take the Mobilizing Team through the training. It typically takes about 2 to 3 hours. It can be done in one or two sessions, either face-to-face or online.
Use www.mthelpcenter.com during the training process. This will give the MT familiarity with the resources they will have access to.

Witnessing Team section—to gain a clear understanding of the responsibilities of a Mobilizing Team.

Step 4: Provide Online access

Log in to www.hiswitnesses.org. Go to User Management and invite the MT leader.
