Activates an On-Hold User

The On-Hold user can be activated again by sending the invitation email with the activation code.

Scenario 1: Activate a Team member/Team leader who is On-hold

  1. Go to App Administration/User Management.

  2. Click on the edit icon at the right end of the user.

  3. Select the team from the drop-down

    Notes: If needed, you may change the Church/Group and role.

  4. The Resend Code/Password is checked automatically.

  5. Select Save and confirm the pop-up.

  6. The user status is changed as invited.

  7. An email with the Activation code is sent to the app user.    

  8. The App user activates the account using the activation code.

Scenario 2: Activate a Random user who is On-hold

The executives can reinvite the user after creating the CAN network in their area.

  1. Go to App Administration/User Management

  2. Click on the edit icon at the right end of the user.

  3. The random user appears as below:

    Notes: (Only for the executives above City-Level) If the random user registers with New City/Town, you can approve the Other City/Town from Setup.

  4. Approve the “Other Church/Group” from Church/Group Management. If needed, the name can be edited.

  5. Create a team/s in the Team Management under the Church/Group.

  6. If the user is willing to be moved to another active Church/Group, select the already existing active Church/Group and select a team.

  7. Change the Role as Team Lead/Team Member.

  8. The Resend Code/Password is checked automatically.

  9. Select Save and confirm the pop-up.

  10. The user status is changed as invited.

  11. An email with the Activation code is sent to the user.

  12. The Random user activates the account using the activation code received in the email.

Scenario 3: Activate the Facilitator/Mentor/executive who is On-hold

  1. Go to App Administration/User Management.

  2. Click on the edit icon at the right end of the user.

  3. Checkmark the Resend Code/Password Manually.

    Notes: If needed you may change the Role or Church/Group location.

  4. Select Save and confirm the pop-up.

  5. An email with the Activation code is sent to the user.

  6. The user status is changed as invited.

  7. The Web user can login to the account using the activation code
