Deleting a Church/Group can be done only if there are no users or teams within that Church/Group.

Scenario 1: Delete an Active/ Deactive church/Group

1. Go to App Administration/Church/Group Management.

2. Click on the delete icon at the right end of the Church/Group that has to be deleted.    

3. Confirm the pop-up with delete.

   

4. It gets deleted and removed from the display.

5. If there are users/teams in the Church/Group, it restricts you with an error message.

   

6. In such cases, you have to delete the users who are under that Church/Group from User Management and the teams from Team Management.

Scenario 2: Delete a Random Church/Group

The random Church/Group can be deleted only when there are no random users registered within it.

• If there are random users within that random Church/Group who are suspicious or registered by mistake, you may delete the random users, and it will automatically delete the random Church/Group.

• Otherwise, you can move the random users to another Church/Group and delete the random Church/Group manually.

Steps to delete:

1. Go to App Administration/Church/Group Management.

2. Check for the Random Church/Group using the filter.

   

3. Click on the delete icon at the right end of the Church/Group.   

   

   
   

4. Confirm the pop-up with delete.

5. The Church/Group gets deleted and removed from the display.

6. If there are more random users registered within that same Random Church/Group exists, an error message appears.    

7. Delete the random user from user management.

8. Or move the random users to another Church/Group from user management.

9. Then, you can delete the Random Church/Group.
